Staple fiber, filament, spunbond and meltblown processes can require very different PP flow and cleanliness profiles. A buyer should name the process and finished material before requesting a grade match.

Describe the production route

Provide line type, output, filament or fiber target, basis weight where relevant, bonding route and end use. State the MFR test condition and filtration or cleanliness requirement.

Define material performance

Identify tensile, softness, uniformity, colour, additive and process-stability targets. Hygiene, filtration or regulated uses may require specific declarations and change-control expectations.

Approve documents and trials

Review producer TDS, SDS, batch COA and application compliance for the named grade. Confirm packaging, storage, lot consistency and the buyer’s line-trial procedure.
