A PP raffia inquiry should describe the tape line and finished bag. MFR alone does not capture drawability, tape stability, tensile performance or the additives needed for the intended service.
Record line and construction data
State output, die and cooling conditions, denier, draw ratio, weaving route, lamination and bag construction. Provide an approved grade and operating window when available.
Define finished-use requirements
Identify tensile and elongation targets, stiffness, colour, UV exposure, slip or other additives. Food, fertilizer, chemical or other contents may require specific compliance or packaging controls.
Qualify the named grade
Review the producer TDS, SDS, COA and declarations. Confirm original bags, lot consistency and a controlled line trial before substitution or volume supply.
